David Rowland is the strategic thinker behind many of the systems, processes, and initiatives that help Bubbles & Beyond Pet Care continue to grow while delivering an exceptional client experience. As Director of Strategic Initiatives, he partners with the leadership team to evaluate opportunities, improve efficiencies, and build scalable solutions that support the company’s long-term vision.

With more than a decade of experience in logistics, supply chain management, fleet operations, and business process improvement, David has led multimillion-dollar projects, optimized complex workflows, implemented automation, and developed data-driven solutions for organizations including AT&T and Sunnova Energy. His ability to connect strategy with execution ensures that great ideas become meaningful results.

David earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston–Downtown. Known throughout the team as the resident problem solver and expert tinkerer, he enjoys finding innovative ways to simplify processes, improve operations, and support continued growth.
