At Bubbles & Beyond Pet Care, the health, safety, and well-being of all animals in our care is our top priority. This Illness and Injury Policy outlines our commitment to providing quality care and our expectations from pet owners, including our zero-refund policy.

We strive to uphold the level of responsibility and care each owner desires for their pet. This includes adhering to specific feeding schedules, distributing medications as directed, and any other reasonable care instructions provided.
Pet owners are encouraged to share detailed care instructions so that we can maintain continuity in their pet's daily routine to the best of our ability.
And because we offer a low-volume, in-home environment, we do not require proof of vaccinations. If your pet is healthy and cared for at home, they're welcome here—no extra vet visits or shots required.

Pet owners must disclose any known medical conditions, previous injuries, or behaviors that may affect the pet’s health or behavior during boarding. Failure to disclose relevant health issues may result in additional care fees if the pet’s condition worsens while in our care.

While we prioritize cleanliness and follow strict sanitation protocols, Bubbles & Beyond Pet Care cannot be held responsible for communicable diseases that may be contracted in a communal boarding environment.
Similarly, we do not take responsibility for injuries that may occur in shared play spaces, where pets interact under close supervision but may experience unforeseen incidents due to the nature of group play.

By agreeing to our services, pet owners grant Bubbles & Beyond Pet Care permission to seek veterinary care in the event of an emergency or if a pet shows signs of illness or injury.
Pet owners are responsible for all associated costs of emergency or non-emergency veterinary care required during the boarding period.

In the event a pet falls ill or sustains an injury, Bubbles & Beyond Pet Care will promptly notify the owner and may consult a veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
Pet owners agree that our team will make all necessary decisions regarding care until the owner or emergency contact can be reached.

Due to the planning, preparation, and staffing required to provide quality care, Bubbles & Beyond Pet Care maintains a strict zero-refund policy for in-home boarding, regardless of the occurrence of illness or injury.
Should a pet become unwell or injured during the boarding period, no refunds will be provided for any portion of the booked stay.
Pet owners agree to accept responsibility for any additional costs that may arise due to health issues or injuries, including but not limited to veterinary care, medications, or special handling.
