What a Stay Looks Like
Your dog doesn't check into a kennel. They move into our home. Days are calm, with play, enrichment like lick mats and puzzle games, and plenty of rest. Evenings mean couch time, Friday pizza movie night, and bedtime in our bedroom with us. We usually keep one caregiver for every four dogs, and never more than eight. Essential oils fill the air, and every dog's care is matched to their needs. After all, it's a vacation for them too!

Yes. Boarding dogs stay in our home in Tomball. They hang out on the couch, have people around all day, join Friday pizza movie night, and sleep in our bedroom with us. No kennels. No metal buildings. This setting is especially calming for senior dogs, anxious dogs, and dogs with separation anxiety.

We usually keep one caregiver for every four dogs, and never more than eight.

Yes. Every stay is reviewed and assigned a care level (Standard, Enhanced, Intensive, or Recovery) based on age, temperament, potty habits, meds, and support needs — including senior dogs, anxious dogs, dogs with separation anxiety, and dogs healing after a procedure. Recovery is high-touch oversight. It never replaces veterinary care.

Every new boarding client starts with a required one-day daycare trial, 3 to 5 days before the first stay (sooner is better). It lets your dog get comfortable with us and our home, helps us get to know your dog, and leaves you time to make other arrangements if needed. An optional meet-and-greet is also available.

All boarding drop-off and pick-up is by appointment so we can follow our safety guidelines. Weekday windows are Monday–Friday 7am–7pm. Weekend hours are limited and by appointment only.

Yes. A non-refundable retainer of 90% of the boarding charge holds your dates. Boarding fees are non-refundable once booked.

Food for the whole stay (pre-portioned if possible), labeled meds with clear instructions, and a favorite toy or blanket if you like. Beds and bowls are provided.

Boarding and daycare are for dogs only. Cats can be groomed mobile, in their own home or in our van.

Tomball, Houston, Cypress, The Woodlands, Magnolia, Montgomery, Conroe, and surrounding areas. Families often travel to us from farther out for in-home boarding.

Yes. Massage, calming aromatherapy, and enrichment puzzles can be added. Essential oils are part of the calm home setting — helpful for anxious dogs and dogs with separation anxiety.
