Taryn serves as the Director of Operations & Employee Relations at Bubbles & Beyond Pet Care, where she oversees the daily operations of the boarding facility while leading employee relations, operational processes, and the technology that keeps the business running smoothly. Whether it’s refining procedures or jumping in to help with dog care, Taryn believes that strong leadership starts with being willing to do whatever the day requires.

With more than 15 years of experience in project management and IT business analysis, Taryn brings a strategic, organized approach to operations, specializes in turning complex challenges into practical, repeatable solutions that support long-term growth. Known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to bring order to complexity, she thrives on creating efficient operations that allow both people and businesses to succeed.

Taryn earned her bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas and recently relocated to the Houston area from the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Outside of Bubbles & Beyond, Taryn is the Founder and Executive Director of Fostering Threads, a Houston-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children in foster care. She also enjoys a variety of "granny hobbies," with hand embroidery being her favorite way to unwind.

At home, she and her husband, Andy, are happily supervised by their 15-year-old corgi mix, Tess, whose sass and side-eye have firmly established her as the true ruler of the household.
