With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, wellness, and client-facing operations, Tandy brings a disciplined, detail-driven approach to leadership. Her background includes operational coordination, calendar and process management, billing and insurance workflows, client success, SEO and digital presence oversight, and cross-functional communication. She is known for anticipating needs, creating order out of complexity, and holding high standards for both performance and professionalism.

In her role, Tandy manages internal documentation and workflows, supports leadership initiatives, oversees social media engagement and brand alignment, coordinates schedules and priorities, and helps design scalable systems that support long-term growth. She is deeply involved in process creation, project tracking, and ensuring that both internal teams and external audiences experience the brand consistently and intentionally.
