Transition to Owner-Director
For the past 10 years, I’ve been right there beside you as an owner-operator, hands-on in every aspect of your pet’s care. As our community has grown, so has the responsibility to build a stronger foundation for the future. I’m excited to step into my new role as Owner-Director, which means I’ll be focusing on big-picture leadership, developing our programs, and ensuring our standards of excellence continue to rise. This shift allows me to stay personally connected to each client experience while also creating more opportunities for growth, innovation, and specialized services.

With this transition, I’m thrilled to introduce the newest members of our team. After dozens of interviews and a series of working trials, I’ve personally selected those who not only meets but exceeds our expectations. Their warmth, skill, and passion for animal care reflect the values that built this business from day one. We’ve put together a structured training and onboarding program designed to ensure they’re equipped with the same high standards you’ve come to trust. This isn’t just about adding team members — it’s about extending the level of care you deserve, with confidence and consistency.

10 Years of Growth & A New Chapter
Now celebrating a decade of service, Bubbles & Beyond is stepping into a new era. Katherine shifts from being the daily groomer to director and mentor, guiding a handpicked team of professionals who share her holistic philosophy. Alongside grooming and boarding, wellness offerings are introduced to support pets from puppyhood through their senior years.
This milestone also launches the VIP Membership Program, giving families special access to Katherine’s in-home grooms while expanding the team’s reach. It’s a celebration of 10 years of trust, love, and innovation — with even more to come.

2015
Table of Love Grooming is Born
After a decade as a professional groomer, Katherine decided it was time to build something of her own — a business rooted in love, trust, and client care. She opened Table of Love Grooming, specializing in in-home grooming where pets felt safe, owners could be present, and every detail was about comfort and connection. This one-woman passion project planted the seeds for what would grow into Bubbles & Beyond.
2016
Expanding Into In-Home Boarding
As clients grew to trust Katherine’s heart and hands, they asked for more support. The natural next step was boarding in Katherine’s home, where pets could stay cage-free, sleep soundly, and feel like part of the family. This expansion reflected her belief that grooming isn’t just about looks — it’s about holistic care and emotional well-being.
2020
Innovation in the Face of Change
When the pandemic reshaped the world, Katherine responded with creativity and resilience. She designed and launched a solar-powered mobile grooming van, bringing safe, cage-free grooming directly to families’ driveways. This innovation not only met the moment but also embodied her values: sustainability, adaptability, and unwavering care for both pets and their people.

We’re streamlining the way payments are handled so it’s easier for you — and helps us keep costs down. By focusing on simple, direct options, we can spend less time chasing invoices and more time giving your pets the care they deserve.

📲 Save on credit card fees by using Tap-to-Pay at the end of your appointment — a quick tap with your phone keeps checkout smooth and simple.
🌐 If we process a card remotely (before or after the appointment), a small fee will apply.

Until now, most of your role in scheduling was simply confirming appointment requests we sent out the weekend before.
Going forward, we’ll be using MoeGo’s advanced features so that you can actively book your own services, select add-ons, and share your availability directly in the system.

📅 Better Scheduling. With you telling us in advance what you need, we can optimize grooming routes and confirm schedules one week ahead, reducing last-minute changes.
📲 Smoother Communication. Everything lives in one place, making it easy for you and our growing team to stay on the same page.
What’s Needed from You
This new system does require a little more engagement on your part.
Instead of waiting for us to send a confirmation, you’ll now log in, choose your services, add any extras, and let us know your availability.
From there, our team will seat your appointment, confirm details, and send out the final schedule in advance.
Together, this creates more flexibility, transparency, and peace of mind for everyone.

Dear Friends of Bubbles & Beyond,
First and foremost, thank you. For years, you’ve trusted me with your beloved pets, welcomed me into your homes, and allowed me to build something more than just a grooming service. Together, we’ve created a community centered on care, comfort, and love for our animals.
As many of you know, I’ve been navigating some health challenges with my elbow. Because of this, I’ve had to make the difficult — but necessary — decision to reduce my own hands-on grooming. This change hasn’t been easy for me. Grooming your pets has been one of the greatest joys of my life, and stepping back has been a very emotional decision.
But here’s the good news: this isn’t the end — it’s the beginning of a new chapter.
Over the past several months, I’ve been carefully training and building a talented team who share my exacting standards and gentle, loving approach. Every member has been chosen not only for their skill, but for their heart. They will carry forward the same level of quality and compassion that you’ve always received from me.
Here’s how we’re evolving to serve you better:
• Standard Grooming: Our trusted core service, now offered by our skilled team members.
• In-Home Grooming: A new elevated tier, bringing the full spa experience into your home with white-glove service and added comforts.
• VIP Elite (Owner Exclusive): For those who wish to continue with me personally, I will remain available in a limited capacity for in-home services, with premium offerings and a small number of appointment slots.
This structure allows us to grow while making sure you still have access to the care you value most.
I want you to know: while I may not be the hands behind every haircut, I am still here — overseeing, guiding, and ensuring that every pet is treated with the same love and standard of excellence you’ve come to expect.
